Pros

Work life balance is good, benefits are alright too.

Cons

Where to even start? -Middle management generally have no experience leading a team or resolving conflicts. They're also extremely hands off, and by that I mean they basically won't have any idea what you actually work on because they never talk to you. -0 accountability. If you're horrible at your job they'll just shuffle you to another team to be someone else's problem instead of actually addressing the issue. -Pay is low and you're expected to do way more than what your job description entails -Takes forever to launch anything because of all the red tape and bureaucracy. -Horrible culture. Designers barely talk to each other, and there's no centralized place for research, designs, etc. so everyone is very silo'd. No bonding activities either.
