Unnecessary pressurized by the Manager. Not sure why no one has work ethics. No collaboration within the team. Team management is poor. No proper communication and transparency. People management and leadership is worst.

One of the most concerning aspects of the environment is the ease with which management replaces individuals, even those who have demonstrated strong commitment and performance. This creates an atmosphere of uncertainty and instability, making it difficult for employees to feel valued and secure in their roles. Despite the challenges, the team itself is composed of talented individuals who strive to deliver results under challenging circumstances. However, the overall work culture and management approach detract from the potential for collaboration and success within the team.
