Pros

All openings are posted for all to apply. Great e-training opportunities. Improving statistical progress tracking -however interpretation of results is sometimes mishandled.

Cons

Micro managing has reached incredible levels. Frenetic pace of changing focus...all processes are altered prior to mastering anything. Checking of loans etc redundant and overdone -incredilbly time wasting.

Pros

Pay, Potential bonus, whats left of a great client base

Cons

Middle Management really messes up great ideas Customers are in the way of a great marketing program! performance reports are used to create ways not to pay bonus rather than encourage performance

Pros

Great employee benefits - free banking and reduced employee mortgage rates They offer training courses, pay for PMP and courses

Cons

Like most financial institutions, lots of bureaucracy Takes long to get things done They give you a blackberry but with no voice?! They request that you pay for it. Quite a handful of long time employees - 20-30 years of employment who have worked through the ranks.
