Pros

Great benefits, discounts on financial services, paid sick leave, maternity top, employee share purchase plan, short term disability coverage, paid training

Cons

Stressful target based job with goals often set so high that frequently no one makes quota. Instead of celebrating success, a huge focus is placed on failure. It is a very discouraging environment to work in. Often do not feel I have the tools I need to meet client expectations.

Pros

Guaranteed weekend and holidays off, co-workers were pleasant and work with. located in a great metropolitan city of Toronto, diverse community; exposures to other ethnic groups and cultures.

Cons

Little assist for employees to advice their careers at the company, very difficult to transfer to other departments that were not directly related to your current role.
