      The management recognizes talent and moves people to more suited roles where possible! Understanding management team, that knows you have a family! Good opportunities available to cross train, move functions and of course move up !

      Middle management doesn't always have the toolset to be qualified managers. Training programs don't always focus on carreer building and tend to be generic in nature. Communication from the top is lacking during projects. Poor management and execution of large initiatives
