Pros

Great pay and benefits. Casual summer is the norm if you donate to charity as we're in telephone banking. Good opportunities to make some good commission.

Cons

Work life balance can be hard if you are a part-time employee.

Pros

Ppl ( including coworker and manager) are supportive, friendly, and it's a very multiculture place that suits literally every race.

Cons

Tedious working environment because of its nature: a commercial bank. The process of new governance or new things like hiring takes place very slow.
