      Pros

      Stability, fair compensation, opportunity for advancement, great people, I have been lucky to have worked with some great mentors and love having a career rather then just an ordinary job. Limitless potential if you are willing to move and do the work!

      Cons

      Much or your experience will depend on your manager and coworkers. Some people are just miserable, but you will find that anywhere. Targets are aggressive and expectations high, but obtainable.

      Pros

      I think it is a very good choice of work, expecially for a entry level position. You will get proper training before you are on actual cash. It was a good experience for me.

      Cons

      You need to prepare to work on the weekends, sometimes even on Sunday. You may expereienced with some difficult customers, as you are doing customer service.
