Cons

- Out of date system - High stress on sales - FSR position feels like working at a call centre - Poor training (depends on branch I guess)

None comes to mind but they do pay for self improvement courses after the initial tightfistedness. However growth opportunities are not always merit based and the environment can feel very political at times.
