Pros

Was left alone to do the job. This is great if you want to avoid micro-managers and if you have what it takes to work independently. Lot of upward mobility.

Cons

Didn't have enough work to do, but was still expected to deliver a certain level of results. This put unnecessary pressure on me.

1. Great work life balance 2. Better salary than other banks 3. Excellent work culture and very supportive support staff.

Cons

1. Very outdated technology systems. 2. Large and slow org. For sure there is room for improvement and it can be lot more efficent. 3. Need improvements in the hiring process. 4. Less opportunities for career advancement
