Pros

Great atmosphere and networking opportunity. Given the chance to work autonomously and to surprise and exceed management expectation.

Cons

The work is tough and not for those without the willingness, desire, and initiative for hard work and to be challenged.

Pros

Flexible working hours; good pay; great infrastructure; good cash bonus; well structured; work and life balance; provide the employees with trainings

Cons

Too big; politics sometimes; benefit is not that good; standard is not too cleared; roles and responsibilities are not well defined among different teams.

Pros

They paid for education as long as it applied to my job.

Cons

I found that working in a large company there wasn't a lot of personal accountability. People either took too many coffee breaks if they were management or were tied to their desks if they were call centre or the like.
