Have a genuine passion for what you are doing and people will notice. I have doubled my salary in 5 years.

Cons

It may depend on the district or market you are working in, but if you have a panic-stricken leadership team, you may find yourself starting to believe it is more important to telemarket a prospective client, than it is to deal with one that is sitting in the lobby wanting to give you their business.
