Pros

Decent training Decent environment Very good employee insurance coverage

Cons

-unrealistic/unethical sales/call targets -not very competitive products -procedural conflict between retail and back office ( retail needs to sales more, back office need everything in place 100% before approval ) -salary is very uncompetitive -system also not up to date -somewhat disconnected from front end and the upper management

Pros

- staff were hired from all age groups and nationalities (other companies just offer lip service) - willingness to train people with no prior banking experience - modest defined benefit pension with benefits

Cons

- relatively low salaries compared to other financial institutions - increasing targets, just like every other bank - training programs (CSR, FSR II) that were less structured than other banks - old software
