Pros

- Access to traders which can help you get on the trading floor. - Fairly flexible the time off. - Company gave no opportunity to learn but an excellent place to learn on your own if one wishes.

Cons

- Boring number crunching work - Management sub par - Hard to take extended time off even with medical emergency - No recognition of work done beyond expectations
