Job security is the only things thats a plus

Cons

Very bad systems and softwares. Compliance administrators issue inquiries without even reading full charting notes for the things already mentioned in Charting. Unrealistic targets for talk time and bonus

Horrible toxic culture of this pathetic bank They expected and made employees use their own computers during COVID. There is a lot of extreme politics in departments.
