Pros

Need to go to the office 1 day a week plus 1 friday a month

Cons

Little to no investment in employees once there. Training requests take months to be approved even though they are less than $500 Limited recognition and appreciation Team events require employees to bring their own lunch

Pros

- Decent Training - Helpful Colleagues - Remote working (only 1 or 2 days in a month in office)

Cons

- Micromanaging Supervisors - Too many confusing software systems instead of 1-2 comprehensive systems. They just believe in creating softwares for every step rather than integrating in one system. - Voluminous manual work, company doesn't invest in automation. They are allergic to new technology. Some of the softwares still run on DOS mode!! - Not enough training. - No scope of promotion as there are SCRAs who are sitting in the team for more than 20 years. - New directions are coming every 3 months. - Lot of blame game within the team. - Depressing workplace. - Lot of internal politics between veteran team players and new team members. - No proper training guides available.
