      Big bank name on your resume is added, good position, pay is also not that bad compared to competitors

      Cons

      Sales pressure, taking n number of calls, no help from your support leaders and team leaders, and coaching sessions are only done when you end up making a mistake. Partial treatment towards employees of the same race, same background.
