If you are lucky enough to join a good team, you have supportive management and well thought out Benefits platform.

Cons

There are always some bad eggs in every company that ruin things for the hardworking employees. In these situations management can turn a blind eye but that’s only a small percentage. Also the higher the level the more hours you work but that’s the nature of the working world.
