Pros

Three weeks of annual leave each year

Cons

The experience depends entirely on the team and leadership. For instance, we have some vacation days, but our leaders don't want us to use them. Furthermore, overtime is unpaid. -They can't provide enough help; they just want you to make fewer mistakes and ask fewer questions.

Pros

What's that? Does not exist??

Cons

- Toxic environment and managers - everyone thinks they know their stuff, but really only a few does - The blaming game - Micromanaging managers - Workflows and process are old and not willing to change, even if optimizes - Pay is LOW.
