Pros

To be honest, the only pros are the free Smart Plus Account and the employee coverage (which of course you can find in any other major banks)

Cons

1. SUPER inefficient as everyone has to juggle between TOO MANY systems. To serve a client it takes normally more than 4 systems to work together. The awful experiences from the systems stop people from learning. From my 5 months of hiring, I feel like I learnt nothing. 2. Poor management. 0 training, your leader will expect you to start with self-learning, shadowing without telling you what to do. In the end, blame you for being “passive”. 3. Office politics. Leader and Community manager not being supportive and always want to get rid of me. Not feeling respected. 4. Record retention is a joke, lots of classwork scattered all over the banking Centre. 5. The National Support Line don’t always give the correct answer, the employee knowledge website is also just a piece of crap that never gives you the things you want.
