      Decent salary, good share purchase plan, large company with good career progression opportunities.

      Cons

      Toxic environment, bullying behaviour from senior executives, cya mentality, too much time spent on politics and not just getting the work done. As mentioned, good career progression opportunities but once you get to director level the politics just become an unbearable

      Not many days in office for commute which is great, great building and location at CIBC square and opportunities to grow if you can advocate for yourself.

      Cons

      Leadership changes often and not many colleagues are open and honest, very competitive and hard to make friends.
