Toxic atmosphere, uneducated leaders, low pay comparing to what they expect of you. Micromanagement is heavily present.

Low salary, technology is woefully behind, lots of employees from pre merger LaSalle Bank that are incompetent, management is only looking out for themselves, bank is very cheap, work is simple and boring
