Pros

Employee benefits are really good

Cons

If you are a new employee, you don’t have much options to book your vacation in the first year. You might get your vacation scattered or might get lucky and get altogether. Also working as customer service rep it can get overwhelming at times to constantly talk to customers. There are break but it can still get too much to talk to customers non stop.
