Salary A nice onboarding team( a white female at Richardson office, not able to remember her name now) she was amazing with all the onboarding formalities.

Bad management Toxic culture Blaming Insecure teammates Overworking Not smart developers Too many family hirings Replacing good developers with green horn interns Dumping every one's work on few performing people Gossiping and boy clubs to protect each other and to avoid doing any work Inner networks of former friends and family members Rude scrum masters Too much offshoring Meetings as early as 7 am CST Offshore team all across India Bad designs and tech issues dumped on new comers Most of all assigning stories and deliverable target date on the first day at work.
