      Good atmosphere in a growing firm

      Pros

      - People are genuinely nice and atmostphere at work is good. Quite a bit socialising after. Senior management supports training courses and professional qualifications. Compensation is about industry average

      Cons

      Moving within the company is difficult and sometimes hierarchy is quite strong. However after the merger with ING REIM, this has improved and more opportunities are available.

      Flexible work environment, relaxed and laid back atmosphere. Good about promoting within.

      Cons

      General large employer cons. Upper management sees you as a dollar amount and not you for who you are. There's always a worry that you could be replaced at any moment.
