Lots of opportunity and ways to make a name for yourself. Always a new project to sink your teeth into

Cons

Very beurocratic, hierarchical and tend to keep status quo instead of shaking things up when it comes to people. Can be very frustrating.

Pay Benefit Systems Computers Some very good facility managers and project managers

Cons

High turnover of employees on the team I worked on due to voluntary quits and out of the blue terminations. This is a pyramid type of organization with the people at the top making big bucks, but people at the bottom working like dogs.
