      Ridiculously low pay for interns in return for high expectations and long hours Team-based system makes for an unhealthy and somewhat anti-social work environment Relatively conservative corporate culture but caries by team and boss Work-life balance not always honored due to competitiveness within the company

      Bullying, harrassment and favouritism are rife. Great place to work if you are aggressive and political. Avoid it like the plague if you are in an administrative role.
