      Pros

      Super local and regional management team who understands mentorship and work-life balance. Company has many progressive tools which is both a positive and negative.

      Cons

      Very large company grasping with how to get the "small company" feel. The HR teams need improvement and some customer service training. You feel too much like a "number" when dealing with HR.

      Pros

      Lots of resources - more than any other firm. Great clients and excellent training. Very ethical and sets high standards for all levels of employee. Very safe place to work - very conservatively run.

      Cons

      A very big company. Pretty easy to get lost in the bigness of it all. Pretty stingy with benefits and not very willing to spend money on employees to boost satisfaction or morale. Compensation trends below market.
