      Pros

      Full Time, Benefits, friendly work environment. Good atmosphere for learning the system and starting a new role in the field of real estate management.

      Cons

      Benefits and expensive and the matching 401k isnt really that great of a deal. Asked to do work that others get paid more to do.

      Pros

      I currently work Part time, 20 hours a week. Very flexible around College and allows me to take on a really good understanding of the industry. Great foot in the door, and am able to create really good relationships. The staff at CBRE are very helpful and there is a large web of support for all elements of the CRE industry

      Cons

      It doesn't pay as much as I would like, but it is a great foot in the door. Sometimes difficult to voice your opinions to management. Dictated to a certain degree by higher powers in regional HQ.
