      Pros

      Provides excellent job security by holding such a significant portion of the market in Property Management. Excellent resources and training are available to support individual and portfolio success. The benefits and salary are very competitive.

      Cons

      As with any large, international organization there is a lots of red tape and politics to contend with once you start to make your way up the ladder.

      Large company with many resources. Ability to advance quickly, depending on your department.

      Cons

      I worked in Global Workplace Solutions, where you work on client accounts. It can feel isolating from the rest of the company since you typically sit at the client's site and use their computers, etc. Additionally, you need to be prepared for some level of uncertainty around your employment status depending on the soundness of the account (i.e. downsizing of staff or loss of account).
