      Pros

      In the Global Services division, this is easily the greatest company to be. By far the world's largest but also filled with very dedicated, loyal managers with excellent technology. People genuinely help each other across global platforms. Qualified women also have an equal shot and do well.

      Cons

      The company may be getting so big that senior management oversight, particularly over regional directors, is losing focus, allowing them to make more mistakes than they should without appropriate diagnosis and correction.
