      Top talent in the industry; great culture of respect, integrity, service and excellence ("RISE Values"); name brand clients; strong platform; continually growing and evolving; lots of career opportunities; heavy emphasis on training and development; industry leader; strong match between effort and reward

      While there are a lot of great opportunities, sometimes it can be easier to land them from the outside than inside. When I was hired externally, there were several qualified internal candidates but they decided to make an outside hire (to my benefit!). Unfortunately, I have experienced the same thing in some career growth opportunities. That being said, it's a great company and I'm paid very well
