      Pros

      CBRE Asset Services Accounting, for me, was the absolute BEST place to gain experiece for Accountants who aren't afraid of hard work, strict deadlines, diverse portfolios, and conforming to the highest ethical standards in the industry.

      Cons

      The company began centralizing the Accounting offices in 1999. This moved the Property Accountant away from the Real Estate Management teams that we worked so closely with. There was a higher sense of responsibility and cohesivness when the REM and the Accountant were in close proximity or even the same office.
