It is great working for a large corporation that continues to advance and grow, keeping up with current management trends, branding, etc. Your job never becomes stagnant because there is always some kind of change being implemented, keeping you challenged and growing as well.
Cons
Not all changes worked out best and communication could be better to help with implementation.
