      Great few years at CB

      Pros

      My team was awesome. Everyone was relatively the same age as me and we all got along great. The culture was fun and energetic and the company tried to have quarterly get togethers for everyone to mix and mingle.

      Cons

      The days can be long and tedious at times with little appreciation. Some of the clients are challenging to deal with. I was overwhelmed with the amount of work at times. A lot of work for not a lot of pay.

      Pros

      Great company on a corporate level and they offer an abundance of training classes.

      Cons

      This company does not encourage promotional opportunities on the property management side. People have to leave the company and come back to get any type promotion. You will sit in the same position for years regardless of how hard you work here. The only upside to this is that outside companies will be thoroughly impressed with the work that you do for your underpaid position.
