      Pros

      they make a lot of claims and put on a great show for being awesome. Benefits seem to be ok. Management won't micro manage you.

      Cons

      Management will completely ignore you in many cases. Make a lot of claims they just don't keep. Will constantly send E-mails talking about how awesome the company is. to the point they seem a lot like advertisements in your Email.

      Low pay. No morals or values. If you are a woman you will be abused by the men. Strong political atmosphere creates overt racial tensions against black people and prejudices against LGBTQ+. Benefits downgraded. No work/life balance.

      If you like being left alone, with little or no guidance

      Cons

      little guidance and support, all programs and procedures constantly changing. Simple day to day procedures, like billing are made so difficult and time consuming. No sense of team and everyone is out to get you and your clients. Proceed with caution.
