I was fired based on an opinion rather than fact and one that was never discussed or brought to my attention. NEVER trained, just given something to do with terrible communication as to what to do. AND they lied about having a ONE YEAR learning curve. TERRIBLE treatment.

Management was toxic, poor at people management. They will tell you that you aren't good enough for other roles i.e., promotions, so they can keep you at your job. They won't reward talent but will promote new people that have just been there for less than a month to managers while others within the company that have been there for >3 years are not considered even though they are high performers. Management had their own agenda and should never be people managers.
