      Pros

      Honestly a decent company to work in terms of work experience and alright benefits (medical, dental, and vision), nothing better than other competitors.

      Cons

      High turnover on my team for issues management/HR could not address before things escalated. Lack of direction and oversight on Mid-line management which lead to work not being performed in a timely manner. Companies values respect and integrity but fails to show it amongst it employees.

      Pros

      Hybrid schedule, two days in the office. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Compensation is low compared to competitors. No work/life balance. You have to bend over backwards to meet client deadlines even when they are unreasonable. The team seems very disorganized and while flexibility is nice, it is hard when you rely on your team members to review or complete items and they frequently leave for hours in the middle of the day.
