Overtime, company vehicle provided, company cell phone, laptop

Cons

poor quality tools, seems they just hire their friends who are not qualified, promoting who they like and not going with the most qualified individual, doing frequent meetings and asking for feedback and not following through with any of it, creating positions for the friends of management to advance, copious amounts of useless online training, no clear definition of the scope of work and no standard operating procedures, you will not see a decent raise because they vendor everything out.

* Company culture focuses on individual "stars," incentivizing change-making that may be poorly considered or even arbitrary * Groups that build community, trust and shared values are the exception * The company deprioritizes certain lines of business, limiting funding and growth opportunities * Institutional knowledge is often undervalued
