      Great team, amazing teamwork, awesome flexibility & frequent employee achievement recognitions

      Pros

      - hybrid working arrangement (8 compulsory office days in a month, rest are remote-working) - efficient teamwork (back-up arrangements are easy) - amazing team members (though this may vary across different departments, i just happened to have the best teammates) - great diversity (a very well-balanced group of employees in terms of ethnicities and race) - employee referral bonus

      Cons

      - OT required on public holidays during closing - heavy volume of journal processing during month-end - unfamiliar ERPs used and not very user-friendly -workflow is still messy and complex - micro-management by incompetent manager (again, this is a personal experience, that doesn't necessarily reflect the organisation as a whole) - unprofessional & inconsiderate manager, who is not a team player, but rather a dictator, often leading to employee burnout and stress (personal experience)
