- Beautiful Campus - Team is filled with amazing people - Work/life balance - Events are fun

Cons

- upper management is disconnected from the rest of the team - Pay. They say it's entry level, but definitely isn't. This account/location does a whole lot more than other accounts/locations, but is payed the same range. (HQ, lots of eyes on you and expectations are very high) - Client is filled with entitled individuals. Feels like you are babysitting grown adults who don't know their left from their right. - Asked to do one thing and then get scolded for doing it when someone complains. Management needs to have the team's back.

The will certify you on a lot of different types of equipment and you will be challenged to grow

Cons

They will under value everything you do and treat you like a dumb wrench monkey while stupid people that couldn’t hit start are making well over 100k while the techs do back breaking labor in filthy chaotic and hazardous conditions For slave wages. Not to mention they will literally kill you. No like seriously several people have died of heart attacks on site. This is not uncommon
