      Pros

      Lots of resources - more than any other firm. Great clients and excellent training. Very ethical and sets high standards for all levels of employee. Very safe place to work - very conservatively run.

      Cons

      A very big company. Pretty easy to get lost in the bigness of it all. Pretty stingy with benefits and not very willing to spend money on employees to boost satisfaction or morale. Compensation trends below market.

      Pros

      Strong group of professionals, great sets of procedures available for you to follow, work life balance is encouraged. No micromanagement, you are allowed to perform to the beat of your abilities.

      Cons

      All needed Information is available, just difficult to find quickly or efficiently. IT support is hit or miss. Procedures are set in place to try and minimize the negative effect of poor managers, instead of eliminating poor mangers and enabling skilled managers. Salary is adequate but not enough to secure best talent.

      If allowed, no work life balance....Field teams (fellow CBRE employees are demanding, disrespectful, and don't want to do their job lack of adequate IT support...
