      Great culture and team work. Highly ethical practices. Good experiences. In depth and knowledgeable engineering staff. Constant renewal staying fresh in the market.

      Cons

      Not all programs available in Australia such as the university. Vertical progression can be stymied due to "cliche filling" positions rather than looking internally. Poor incentives at the lower echelons.

      Lack of career advancement for support staff - no formal training or mentoring programs to support growth. Senior management is disorganized, incohesive to overall growth of company culture and people.
