      Pros

      As a valuation associate I am 100% commissioned, but not required to sell work. There is as much work as I want to take on my plate, and can make great money if I want to put in the hours. Also, as a commissioned employee, I get as much vacation as I want, but don't make money while I'm on vacation. Total flexibility and the ability to make great money are the major pros of this position.

      Cons

      I am 100% commissioned, so I only make money when I complete assignments and the upside in my future salary is accomplished by taking on more volume of work.

      old boys club mentality, abrasive personalities that come with being in the Brokerage industry, 90 percent male to 10 percent female.
