      50% match on 401K. Education opportunities. Extensive training in your area and options to train in others. Decent wage in comparison to other areas of the nation.

      Cons

      Difficult to obtain a promotion. Some senior leadership are completely out of touch with the amount of work others in lower positions perform.

      Cons

      As a large company it is easy for an employee to get lost in the mix, particularly in smaller cities throughout the world

      Pros

      A good supervisor makes for good CBRE employment, Know your supervisors' managers so if you don't have a good supervisor for some reason you can find someone to talk to. Once you get used to the large corporate structure and how to navigate it, things become pretty convenient. Room for advancement and job transfers are great with weekly emails for open positions you can apply to.

      Cons

      With the company being so large it can make it feel like you get lost in the shuffle. Bad supervisor makes for bad employment. Sometimes hard to reconcile the different responsibilities between CBRE and facility.
