      Pros

      Company provides brand new equipment to each employee including cell phone, laptop, headset, etc. Great company perks and discounts. Ability to work from office and at home. Fast and efficient access to 24/7 tech support when you're having tech issues. 24/7 access to application software tech support.

      Cons

      Training is very unstructured. Will appoint employees with little experience as trainers for new employees. Health benefits are very bad.

      Highly politicized seniors No appreciation in terms of knowledge growth and skill set Do not value their work and junior even as human..no ethics..no trust on juniors.. No demarcation of work and responsibilities..every work assigned to senior has to done by junior..simply FWD that mail and ask us to revert ASAP..they take salaries jus for forwarding mails..do not help and share knowledge..less salary.
