      Great Company to start right out of college

      Pros

      If you want to move up the "ladder" very quickly CBRE is the place. If you do well you are rewarded. The culture was the biggest pro there. There are many perks that makes the quarter/year go by fast. The team I was on was very welcoming and made the transition very smooth. My manager was very helpful and the training was informal in a way but at the same time there are always someone there to answer your questions.

      Work at times may be repetitive, but the salary is below what the market is comparing it to their competitors.

      Great people, great salary and good benefits.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is non-existent. No trust at all (doctors appointments will be questioned!). Witnessed a pregnant employee come to work right up to when she gave birth even though she could have handled most of her work from home! Objectives setting is completely ignored and promotions are determined by be-friending management, instead of being measured against objectives. Diversity is nothing but lip-service and they have no intention of investing a single penny to improve it.
