-The workload out weight the paid. -Having a team behind our back doesn't really see that there, you basically learn how to do it yourself kind of deals. When you ask for help, they do offer but with altitude like something is wrong with you. - Work culture not so much for me, everybody doing their own things. -They also pride themselves as RISE value (not so much here) property manager are disrespectful even some accounting manager has altitude. -Also pride themselves as a all culture company, but there's barely any other ethnicity. -Overall, if the company is so called great, why would people still quits? What make a company great is to have low employees turnover. Before I even took this position there has been many people before me that has left the company.

If you are not in brokerage there is only hardship and heartache. Brokers consistently speak down and belittle you. Management is incompetent (Chicago office).
