A lot of expectation and not much flexibility around work/life balance. Working hours are terrible.

- I worked for couple of yrs in this company, had the worst exp of my career, the people and work cultre is pathetic, feels like working in a 1 star company. The quality/edcation of people is from bad institutes and they dont know work ethics. - Managers are people who are here from start, they are bsy in playing politics all the time - Managers misguiding senior mngmt abt people with whom they have personal grudges and live in fear that other team member might overshadow them as they themselves are a blunder - This company can only teach u politics at every level, work doesnt matter -Blindly listen to lead/manager -No escalation point - Lala company with oldies who jst like buttering and have frog mentality - Highest mnmgnt in Tower is more worried abt Diwali fair collections instead of anything technical..such a delight !!!
