Benefits are good - work days are not overwhelming

Cons

Corporate culture is still unfair to middle management. Operations Managers (program managers) are left to do the work of a lot of other departments and upper executives. Entry level compensation is fair - Program manager compensation is not equal of CBRE counterparts or other in the area.

CBRE attracts talented people and has the global scale to provide employees with great career opportunities. The company is growing rapidly so employees must be able to deal with change and ambiguity as business models evolve and new businesses are acquired and integrated into the company. CBRE has an ethical business culture, a strong balance sheet and a solid vision to grow it's business.

Cons

Departments and regions tend to work in isolation and/or in silos and there could be more consistency in sharing and executing processes in a standard fashion across geographies and adjacent business units.
