      Good benefits and some nice bonuses

      Cons

      Switch baited into the role. Was supposed to be taking a marketing job and one month in they essentially turned all of my duties into accounting, with which I had no experience or training.

      - good to start a career in real estate with a salary job, while also taking your license - friendly environment

      Cons

      - lack of training, very disorganized onboarding processes ... didn't know who to go to for certain things, had to just figure it out. - low starting salary
